Ace's Down are a young rock/punk band out of Calabasas, CA. They began in late December of 1999. Their first performance was at their high school (home of Incubus). After their first show together, they realized that they created an incredible high-energy original sound and they vowed they would save the spirit of Rock n' Roll and have a damn good time doing it.

Music History:
|I started playing piano at age five and continued studying some classical but mostly blues piano. I picked up the guitar at 13 just jammin learning from friends, no real classical training. I started writing songs when I was about 16, it was a pretty interesting story. I had really no friends my junior year of high school so I started writing songs about my sadness and they weren't too bad. I reunited with an old time friend that played drums, and I started playing guitar and writing songs, After realizing my knack for song writing I focused my energy to create positive pop punk music about life.

I love writing music everyone can relate to and feel like they are a part of. Soon after I discovered my song writing ability, my buds and I started Ace's Down, a high-energy pop punk band that wants to stay true to the real spirit of rock and roll, fun.

Music History:
I first picked up the clarinet andplayed classical music and began my musical journey through life. I played the clarinet until the start of junior high school. In the 8th grade one of my friends introduced me to a new form of music, punk. Punk rock revolutionized the way I thought and felt.

It was so fast that it gave me strength and it's lyrics about being alone and trying to find oneself helped me through the start of high school. I started going to different punk shows, where bands like No Use For a Name headlined and I thought to myself, "wow, how great would it be to be on stage like them and perform." About the start of my sophomore year I was introduced to two guys. One a brother of one of my friends, and the other, Ian Scott. They wanted to put a little band together for a school talent show. I jumped on the chance. By the way, I forgot to mention that I picked up the bass guitar a year before the two boys approached me. When we first got together to practice I was a definite newbie to my instrument, but my background helped me to pick it up quickly."
